We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This allows you to complete your consultation form and relax into your robe (provided), ensuring your massage begins seamlessly at your booked time.

Where will I park?
On arrival, please follow the signs to our parking area, where you will be welcomed by one of our team.
Where will my massage take place?
Our therapists will provide specialist massage beds or chairs (to suit your preference) and these will be set up in a secluded spot right amongst the lavender rows (weather permitting).
Is the lavender field overlooked in any way?
The lavender field is on private land and cannot be reached by any public access or footpath. Apart from massage clients arriving or leaving there is no access to the parking area and any reception staff will remain out of sight once you have been checked in and made comfortable. With just two therapists on site, you really have the place to yourselves!
I have allergies and/or sensitive skin. Can I still enjoy this?
Our bespoke massage oil blend contains just our Maillette essential oil combined with grapeseed oil or jojoba – both natural, hypoallergenic choices. Sensitivity does vary from person to person so if you have known allergies to these (or very sensitive skin) we recommend letting us know in advance—we’re happy to offer alternative options without essential oils to ensure your comfort and safety.
Will there be shade?
Yes, and drinking water is also available.
What happens if it rains?
Your therapists will set up according to the weather. Our charming traditional pole marquee, overlooking the glorious lavender field, is light and airy and perfect for providing the necessary cover if we are troubled by any showers on the day.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes – we have two therapists so a pair of friends or a couple can book together.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, this event is not suitable for dogs.
What happens if I need to change my booking?
Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable. This is a one-off event so an alternative date cannot be offered: please ensure you are able to attend before completing your booking.
