Terms and conditions
Please observe the following conditions when conducting your professional photography session.
- No smoking anywhere
- No sub-letting permitted; to discuss potential joint hire please contact us
- We will try to reschedule if it is wet but we are unable to refund
- There is limited parking so clients to arrive no longer than 20 minutes before allocated time and leave when their session with you is finished
- Unfortunately no toilets available for clients (only for hirer and team)
- Please take all rubbish home
- Please can children NOT climb on the Smokey Joe (our very old and fragile tractor!)
- All staff and clients please stay in the lavender field, nowhere else
- Please do not crush the lavender
- Please bring your own signage so clients know where to go
- Parking to be in the farmyard; no parking in the lavender field please
- Children to be supervised at all times
- No drones or dogs unless by prior arrangement
- Please make these rules clear to all your clients
