Description
Specially formulated for use in cooking, lavender essence provides a new subtle flavour for cakes and tarts as well as sauces and gravies. Widely used in French cooking, simply add a few drops whilst cooking roast lamb with rosemary or with chicken or pork dishes. As anyone who as visited us during Open Week will know, it also makes for the most delicious lavender shortbread!
