Why not brighten up your January by booking something special to look forward to this Summer?

Evening and Sunday Afternoon Event Details

Our adult-only evening events offer an exclusive opportunity to see the lavender in the beautiful evening light as the sun slowly sets over the hills.

The event will begin at 6.30pm and end at 10pm so you have the full evening to relax and enjoy the Lordington Lavender fields at their most majestic.
A welcome drink provides the perfect start to your visit as you wander through the fragrant rows, catch the perfect photo opportunity, dance to our live band or simply sit and enjoy the view and the company of friends.

A rustic bar and a barbecue serving freshly grilled steak or halloumi ciabattas are on hand for purchasing food and drink throughout the evening and the music continues until closing

Our NEW Sunday afternoon event has a quieter feel but is set to bring all the Summer vibes and is suitable for all the family - check out the details on our booking page soon!

Tickets are now on sale.

We are still paper-free! Please note that you will not receive a physical ticket for this event - just bring your email confirmation with you on the night.

FAQs: Things to Know Before You Go

Getting here:
Lordington Farm (postcode PO18 9DX) is situated just off the B2146 between Petersfield and Chichester. Access to the lavender and parking is ONLY via Lordington from the B2146. Some satnav systems wrongly direct vehicles up Monument Lane or up Park Lane past Sindles Farm. These are both dead ends and there is NO ACCESS for vehicles or pedestrians along these routes!

Food and drink:
Our rustic bar will be selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the evening. Share a jug of pimms with friends or sip a non-alcoholic G&T as you stroll through the lavender rows. One glass of Prosecco or sparkling elderflower is included on entry.
Food is freshly cooked to order on our BBQ - choose from prime British steak or grilled halloumi ciabattas. Vegan and coeliac alternatives available.

Products and Payments:
A select range of our lavender products will be available to purchase, including our high grade,100% pure essential oil and the ever-popular pillow spray. Due to our rural location, signal for our card machines can be unreliable at times so bringing cash can be quicker and easier for you.

Seating:
Seating is provided in the form of picnic benches and hay bales, but availability is limited. You are very welcome to bring a camping chair or rug if you wish to - we just ask that you keep the area inside the marquee clear for those dancing, ordering drinks or just enjoying the music.

Accessibility:
Please make marshalling staff aware on entry if you are a blue badge holder and they will direct you to parking that is closest to the main marquee area. Please note that access to the lavender field is still via a short and steep slope and the ground is uneven, which may make it unsuitable for wheelchairs and some disabled visitors. An accessible toilet is available. Please email us with any questions about accessibility or carers at victoria@lordingtonlavender.co.uk

Dogs:
Our evening events are unsuitable for dogs, except guide dogs. However, we welcome four-legged friends at our Open Week, which this year runs from the 12th to the 16th July. Dogs on leads are also welcome at our Sunday afternoon event on the 23rd.

Under 18s:
This is an over-18 event and no under 18s will be admitted. Please also be aware that you may be asked for proof of age when ordering alcohol. Our Sunday event is suitable for all ages.

Photography:
We encourage our guests to embrace the perfect photo opportunities at Lordington Lavender. Cameras are a must when visiting! Please note that professional photography and drones are not permitted. Photographs taken are not authorised for commercial use. To make an enquiry about private hire for photography, please contact Rosie at info@lordingtonlavender.co.uk

Weather:
We are hoping for glorious sunshine but in the event of wet weather, areas of the field can become slippery. Please take care and dress accordingly. Sturdy footwear is advised in any weather due to the uneven ground.

Picnics:
It is not permitted to bring your own food and drink. Refreshments are available to purchase from our bar and BBQ.

First Aid:
There is a paramedic on site for the evening events, stationed behind the marquee. Please make a member of staff aware if you need assistance. In case of emergency, please dial 999 and give the address of Lordington Farm, PO18 9DX. Please then make a member of staff aware so that we can assist you and coordinate access for emergency vehicles.
