This year, we are offering some exclusive dates for you to experience the beauty of the lavender without the crowds. Our picnic slots give you a unique opportunity to enjoy your own tranquil space amongst the lavender – or even reserve the whole field for a larger group.

The gloriously fragrant fields of purple here at Lordington are the perfect setting for a beautiful picnic. What better way to enjoy the glorious English summer than relaxing with friends amongst the peaceful, fragrant rows of purple?
Whether you are planning a family celebration or just special get together with friends, you couldn’t find a better location for your picnic than in and around the lavender field. Book a space at one of our picnic events, or even reserve the whole field for your exclusive use.
Picnic slots can be booked for groups of up to 8 people, with a strict limit on the number of groups at any one time. For £25/person, you can enjoy your own picnic area (with benches supplied) and you’ll be free to wander through the rows of purple at your leisure. Make some memories this Summer!
