You’ll be welcomed to our farm with hot drinks and fruit appetisers, settling gently into cultivating gratitude and setting some powerful intentions with our resident wellbeing expert Claire McBride, The Mindful Movement Coach.
With Claire’s unique, award-winning Mindful Movement Method, you’ll be empowered with an uplifting yoga flow to connect to your body, and be guided into blissful breathwork sessions and relaxing mediation. No experience is necessary; Claire will meet you where you are.
Lunch is included with a nourishing, nutritious rainbow salad bowl, followed by a workshop for wellness and a women’s sharing circle to connect in a community of kindness and consciousness.
You’ll leave (with a lavender gift) feeing rested, energised and reconnected to nature and yourself.
